What's the difference between and antique and a collectible?
Antique - an object made before 1963. ** Although this is not the standard definition of the term, it's helpful to consider all products made before 1963 as antiques. Do you remember where you were when you heard that President Kennedy had been assassinated? Then, sad to say, you are an antique in today's marketplace. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Collectible - an object made between 1963 and 1980 ** Chances are these are objects from your children's rather than from your generation. Memorabilia from the beatnik, hippie, and psychedelic era is hot. ** paraphrased from "Sell, Keep, or Toss" by Harry L. Rinker

Where do you find these wonderful treasures?
We source our antiques and collectibles from many places - estate sales, auctions, garage sales, flea markets, direct sales, and private collectors. Everywhere that we travel, we always make time to look for that special something that will transport us to another place in Time.
